nd kill the queen, however after I do it I always get the nuke message. How to prevent the plants from blowing the planet up?

In order to get the plant to help you, you have to get yourself arrested in the beginning of the game. When in court, choose to invoke your immunity as a foreign diplomat, and you will meet a plant. You need to find out AND REMEMBER his name, and also make him help you.

I need training in the energy whip, or a blaster, to get through the job interview. However, the only way I can have a blaster at the time of the interview is to not get myself arrested, removing the possibility of talking to the plant. I can get energy whip training from the VR machines, but need the datastick from visiting the ward before anywhere else. That means I can't get the uniform, which means that if I try to go into the palace using the key, I die. However, to get through without using the key, I need to know a word in the spiders' language (as well as being able to pronounce it). From an attempt using the blaster, I know that I need to get through the job interview to learn that word, but that means I need the energy whip training, which means I need to know the word...I can see from other comments on the book that I can get help by saving the salad sandwich to last, but I didn't do that last time so it's not crucial. What am I missing?

you don't need any weapon, so to speak. You just need a particular item of clothing that can be turned to lethal effect against the tarantula-man.

when asked if the player knows any arachnonnan word, i kept inserting "slurkok" because of what was said on the job interview but it kept being the wrong word. then, after trying everything and curious about what i was doing wrong, i came to the guestbook and searched for help in the matter, happens to be that i should have inserted another word. i believe this is some kind of error, since the interview had such an important role. if not, i just cheated my way to victory u.u shame on me

you kinda have to hope you get lucky with the time you get teleported to, otherwise you'll be stuck in a giant loop... or just use a bookmark :P
