In the end, it's not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away

Great story, and I like how it has been set up for a sequel. Wonderful!

It may be a tiny detail, but if you chose herbology and use the poison (automatically) the poison still appears between your pssessions until the end of the game, even if you used it up before.

I feel sort for the troll, he fought and died bravely. I respect him for that.

Kind of graphic but ok.
SPOILER
The blow is too swift and strong for you to avoid and the hammer crashes into you with tremendous force, snapping bones like twigs and splitting your body open like a sack. You feel no pain as your body is flung through the air like a broken doll carelessly cast aside. You land somewhere and see the stones around you turn red as your blood flows out. The pain starts to come then, but the world is fading away and soon there is nothing.

Loved the ending. It really gives you a sense of accomplishment after dying several times.

I'm guessing I didn't get to make use of either my skill or my items, which is kind of sad

Died fighting the Ravager. This fantasy version of a survival-horror type is quite atmospheric, callously-realistic (less dreamy-eyed), and entertaining. What a suiting Xmas morning start!
Great game book, although I didn"t find out any need to search for healing herbs, etc, so herbology is unnecessary.

A thrilling adventure. Best of luck to The Troll-Slayer's next one.

Jesus, that was a hard ass boss fight! I'm quite glad I found the ending however, for I wanted my hero to become a total badass.

Very, very good, an accomplishment worth boasting about; blends the concepts of an epic journey and intense fighting with that character building and relationship structuring that is essential to any fantasy story. Truly amazing work.
