Well I played and enjoyed the Hellfire book. I hideously died though and couldn't get any further... :-(
SPOILER
I had an option of 3 doors two lead to a room filled with fire I had an option of pray or go into the fire, either option killed me... I tried every item I possed nothing to seemed to work, wonder what I missed?

Anyhow most enjoyable, actually I've just discovered the lone wolf books are available on line for free, so I'm going to give them a try! :-)
Hi everyone. It was good to see a couple of new gamebooks appear on this site. It made me wonder about several people who have written on this guestbook in the past; asking how to submit gamebooks or promising them very soon. Any progress reports?
Hello! For the "Planet of the Spiders" or "The Dimond Key"....can the author write a gamebooks which has lot of men in a planet rather then women? :P thanks.
Has anyone ever beat it? I've played through it several times, but even when I give Aspra the potion "35", the orcs come and kill us promptly! How do I prevent this?
I have a question about Hellfire, Mr. Sadler. To get to the shadow hunter's cave, are you supposed to go past the time beast? How do you defeat it? There's no way with the sword. Help?
For those interested in the status of Planet of the Spiders, I am currently getting feedback from a few people. I personally believe the book has a serious flaw, which I will correct when I have time; along with implementing other suggestions. I do not expect to submit the finished book to this site before the end of this year; and what happens to it then will depend on the usual factors.

Cool book~
Simple yet it took me a surprisingly long amount of time to play!
Will "Planet of the Spiders" be on the website soon?
That depends on the author, comments he has made on this guestbook suggest that he is still refining it. The next addition will be The Diamond Key.
Phil Sadler has pointed out what he considers to be a continuity error in his gamebook. I have made the small changes that he has requested to both the online version and the Word document.
They are in the Shadow Hunter's cave (which is the cave you get to by using the reveal invisibal spell in the dead end) but you'll need to use the light spell when you fight him to be sure of grabbing the gauntlets
